Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your yacht or sailboat vacation for any reason, please note that Waypoint may be unable to refund your payment.
Cancellation with more than 30 days notice will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit outlined in our booking details section, unless we are able to re-book your vessel for the original charter dates. Cancellation with 30 or less days notice will result in forfeiture of your entire charter fee, unless we are able to re-book your vessel during the original dates. If your vessel is re-booked for some or all of your original trip dates, Waypoint will gladly refund you on a pro-rated basis.
To protect yourself against losses from a cancelled charter vacation, we strongly recommend travel insurance. Please visit our travel insurance page for a list of quality providers.
